Returns & Refunds Policy

At ELLUME, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all original packaging and tags intact

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending your return. ELLUME is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returned items must meet the above conditions. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or any odor, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
